Self Growth Through Writing

This is the 10th edition of the Writing for Self Growth Workshop. This is an emotional well-being workshop open to non-writers and writers. It has been put together using scientifically validated practices and theories from the field of psychology.
Through a host of different writing exercises participants at this workshop reflect on their lives and process difficult emotions. They gain insights into their thoughts and feelings and find a new perspective – a better way to deal with life’s challenges. While various exercises are done as a group, each participant’s personal journey is private. Sharing is optional.
In addition, meditation sessions, mindfulness and visualization exercises all help calm the mind. Anyone capable of independent of travel and stay can participate. Writing experience or expertise is not required. A public sharing or publishing goal is also not required.
To keep the experience personal, we accept only the first 10 applicants.
