Covid has caused much grief and pain. The fact that we are unable to grieve the loss of a loved one - with family and friends to support us - makes things harder. However, we hope that by coming together virtually as a group, we may be able to help each other through the difficult journey of dealing with loss.
We are starting an online loss and grief support group for those affected by the pandemic.
- What: Online Loss & Grief Support Group (Open to all)
- When: Every Sunday 10 a.m. (IST)
- Where: Zoom
- Cost: Free
To register for the upcoming Sunday, please click on the link below.
After you register you will receive an email from us. Please be sure to join in the meeting between 10 and 10.10 AM. we will close the meeting after that.
The group is led by Dr. Vandita Dubey, a clinical psychologist and co-founder of the Himalayan Writing Retreat.
